Home buyers are weird and picky and they will give you a low ball offer if you don’t declutter your home!

So it's decluttering 101. And remember if you like these videos turn your notifications one, subscribe, and share the video.
Some decluttering tips that we can give you today is start with putting things that you haven't used, things you don't need, start putting them into boxes and putting them away. You know a lot of people think that if they start putting things into closets and kind of getting rid of things that helps, but it doesn't. A buyer that's going to come into the house really needs to see the space of the property.

Should you sell your home on your own as a FSBO…Why not, you may ask…

Today we're going to talk about why you shouldn't sell your house on your own. This is a big one.
There's a variety of reasons for it. The number one reason was exposure to prospective buyers. According to an article in NARS, 95% of buyers searched online for their home last year. That's a comparison to 13% of buyers looking at print newspapers, ads, and so on. Most real estate agents have an internet strategy to promote the sale of your home, so when you're selling on your own, do you have that kind of capacity?
The exposure you need to have is digital presence, you need to have digital marketing, you need to have your home online to prospective buyers that are starting their home search like that. And the number two is results come from the internet, so basically based on studies, 50% of the buyers on the internet, 28% come from an agent, 7% from a yard sign, and 1% from a newspaper.
